Bangalore's Favorite
It started in 2019 with Arjun Mehta, a software engineer who couldn't find a decent burger after midnight in HSR Layout. Frustrated by the lack of quality late-night food, he decided to create the solution himself.
What began as weekend experiments in his apartment kitchen evolved into a passion project. Arjun spent months perfecting recipes, testing ingredients from local markets, and learning the art of burger-making from street food vendors across Bangalore.
In March 2020, despite the challenges of a global pandemic, Disco Burger was born. The name came from the neon-lit energy of HSR's nightlife and Arjun's love for disco music that played while he cooked. The first food truck was a refurbished Tata Ace, painted in electric colors and equipped with a custom sound system.
